Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Liquide LLC (“Liquide,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Liquide LLC website (https://liquidellc.com), booking system, and the entertainment services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Liquide LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Continued use of our Services after any changes means you accept and agree to those changes. All information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  1. SERVICES OVERVIEW
    Liquide LLC provides professional DJ, MC, and event entertainment services available for booking via online forms, in-person consultations, or contractual agreement. All services require acceptance of a formal contract signed by both parties.

  2. BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT
    To confirm a booking, the following is required:

  • Inquiry and quote acceptance

  • Signed contract at least 10 days before the event date

  • Non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount due within 10 business days of contract acceptance

  • Remaining balance due on the date of the event

Payments can be made via Zelle (732-277-1133) or by check made payable to Liquide LLC.

  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
    Retainers are non-refundable. Liquide LLC reserves the right to cancel your booking if:

  • The signed contract is not returned 10 days prior to the event

  • The deposit is not received 3 days prior to the event

Cancellations initiated by the client are non-refundable. In some cases, the remaining balance may still be required if cancellation is made late.

  1. EVENT CONDITIONS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
    The client is responsible for providing:

  • Adequate electrical power

  • Suitable environmental and physical conditions

Liquide LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to inadequate venue conditions, power outages, or external interference.

  1. AGE REQUIREMENT
    Bookings must be made by individuals 18 years of age or older. Events may be held for minors, but contracts must be signed by a legal adult.

  2. MEDIA RELEASE
    By booking Liquide LLC, you grant us the right to use photos, videos, and testimonials from your event for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

  3. OVERTIME & GRATUITY

  • Overtime rate: $150/hour per employee, billed only with on-site approval

  • Gratuity is not included and is encouraged based on performance

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on the Liquide LLC website and branding materials are the property of Liquide LLC and may not be used without written permission.

  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Clients waive all claims for personal injuries, property damages, or loss of time arising out of services provided. Liquide LLC shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or third-party failures.

  3. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in New Jersey courts.
